This service requires an existing EPIC QT project and prior approval. Customers starting a new project should contact us about our Custom Design Proposal Service.

Rate — $120 per Hour

Additional design work is billed in 15-minute increments:

• 15 minutes — $30

• 30 minutes — $60

• 1 hour — $120

Select only the time option and quantity specified by EPIC QT. Purchase quantity 1 unless instructed otherwise.

What Additional Development Can Cover

Depending on the approved scope, this service may include:

• Additional revision rounds or changes exceeding the original allowance.

• Alternative concepts or a change in design direction.

• Added components, features, mounting details, or clearance requirements.

• Model updates resulting from revised customer measurements or project information.

• Consultation and communication associated with the additional design work.

The purchased time applies to the agreed work. Deliverables and turnaround depend on the scope confirmed for your project.

Approval Before Work Begins

Contact EPIC QT with your requested changes before purchasing. We will review the work and obtain your approval of the estimated time and cost. Any work exceeding that approved amount requires further approval.

Please submit changes as one consolidated list and reference your project or order number when contacting us. Customers remain responsible for supplying accurate measurements and reviewing revised dimensions.

Corrections to EPIC QT drafting errors are completed at no charge and do not require purchasing additional design time.

Service Scope

This purchase covers additional design services only. It does not include the initial design proposal, materials, physical prototypes, tooling setup, fabrication, shipping, editable CAD files, or production drawings for another fabricator unless expressly included in your written quote.

Design charges cover the services performed whether or not fabrication proceeds. Any credit toward fabrication must be confirmed in writing.
