Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Orders for custom items CANNOT be canceled or returned. If you receive an item in a damaged or defective condition, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Nondefective products must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition within 30 days from the date that you received the products. If a product was shipped to you with a protective coating, the original protective coating must be adhered to the item returned. If the original protective seal is not in place or was removed and replaced, the item CANNOT be returned.
Returned products must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any items returned not in accordance with our return policy will be returned to you. The cost of shipping the returned items to you will be deducted from your refund or charged to your account. Any additional costs incurred by Epic QT as a result of the return will also be deducted from the amount refunded or charged to your account. You may obtain a RMA number by emailing us at email@example.com to request one. Please include your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. Once you have been issued an RMA number, you must return your order within 10 days. Orders returned after this time frame will be returned for store credit only. The RMA Number must be clearly written on the outside of your package or it will be refused by our shipping and receiving department.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will arrive in an undamaged condition.
